PRE-ORDER QUESTIONS
Yes. We have a 30-day money back guarantee. We will gladly accept your unworn merchandise back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in its original condition. First, you must email us at customerservice@you9ted.com with your name and order number. We will then email you a return shipping label. Once we receive your items back, we will refund you back in the form of payment used at the time of order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to arrive to your banking institution.
Yes. We will gladly accept your unworn merchandise back within 60 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in its original condition. First, you must email us at customerservice@you9ted.com with your name and order number. We will then email you a return shipping label. Once we receive your items back, we will then contact you about which items we will exchange out for you. If there is a negative balance on the order, we will invoice you with a payment link to pay. Once the negative balance is satisfied, we will then get your exchanged items out to you in the mail within 3-5 business days. If there is a positive balance, you will receive an in-store credit that can be used on a future purchase.
New orders are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive your tracking number at that time. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 5-7 business days for US destinations. International orders usually take a few weeks to arrive.

Not at this time. However, we do offer local pickup and/or delivery within 10 mile radius for a $5.00 fee.
Sometimes, the colors you see on your monitor may not exactly match what they look like in real life. This is because of variations between different monitors and settings-- but don't worry! We always do our best to provide accurate mock-ups so that every customer can have an idea about how their product will appear before buying.

MID-ORDER QUESTIONS
We send your confirmation email immediately. If you don’t see it in your inbox or spam folder, your email address may have been spelled incorrectly. Please email customerservice@you9ted.com with the name on your order.
Please email us immediately at customerservice@you9ted.com. We can make adjustments up to the point of order fulfillment. Once your order has been fulfilled, we can no longer made adjustments, but you can always exchange/return according to the policy.

All orders are fulfilled within 5-10 business days from the order date. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days for US orders, and 14-28 business days for international orders.
At this time, we do not offer price adjustments.
POST-ORDER QUESTIONS
We typically drop orders at the post office Monday - Friday. In the case that your order is still in “pre-shipment” after 3 business days, please email customerservice@you9ted.com with your order number and issue.
In the rare case that your order’s tracking does not update for 2 weeks, we will send another order. Please email customerservice@you9ted.com with your order number and issue.
All orders ship at the same time, UNLESS you have a "pre-sale" item on your order. In that case, the items that are currently "in stock" will ship within 3-5 business days. The pre-sale item will ship on or before the date listed in the product description. If your pre-sale item does not ship within 3-5 business days from the proposed date in the product description, please email us at customerservice@you9ted.com
Our sincerest apologies if you have received either the wrong item or a defective item. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@you9ted.com and we will get the issue resolved promptly. You must reach out to us regarding the defect/incorrect item within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, the post office will sometimes mark an order “delivered” before making the delivery. If you don't have your order within 5 business days of the “delivered date,” please email us at customerservice@you9ted.com with your order number, issue, and mailing address.
If the post office returns your order, we will issue a refund or reship the item. We will contact you if/when we receive the order to work with you on the best way to proceed.
