  3. Is curbside pickup a delivery option right now?
    1. We understand that during these times, minimizing exposure is a HUGE concern for you. We can assure you that our partners that fulfill and ship your order is taking all the necessary precautions to keep you safe! Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the means to offer curbside pickup. We are working toward making this option available. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
  4. Can I return my items?
    1. If for some unfortunate reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly except your return within 14 days from the date of delivery and give you a refund back in the same form of payment used. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, we will gladly allow you to exchange your items for something different or you may be issued an in-store credit to use on a future purchase.
    2. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  5. When can I expect my purchase to arrive in the mail?
    1. Overnight: next day delivery in the US
    2. Expedited: 3-10 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
    3. Standard (Flat): 6-11 business days in the US, 8-17 days in Canada, 7-27 days internationally
  6. Why does it take so long to receive my purchase?
    1. We know you’re eager to receive your new items. Our printing partners print your order up especially for you and ship it directly to you. So unfortunately, we don’t have control over how quickly you receive it. Our commitment is to ensure that your quality is exceptional, and that takes a little longer to make sure it’s right!
